A Day At The Races
We have a Father in heaven who celebrates perseverance and endurance, unlike the world’s understanding of what it is to win. But the race God calls us to finish is more about courage than speed.
How many more races would we be in if we believed that to win was to finish?
How many races have we avoided because we believed that we needed to race in order to win?
How many races have we not finished because we believed that we needed to win in order to race?
(2 Timothy 4: vs. 7-8) “Whoever finishes the race is a winner.”
