6. Text to another friend who suffers from anxiety the following : Mark Twain said , “My life was filled with many disasters , most of which never happened”.
7. Journal 9 sentences about your dreams for future and how you see that God is already fulfilling them.
8. Plan something wonderful for tomorrow because the Lord promises that “his mercies are new every morning”.
9. Remember that to staying in the fear is agreeing with the enemy’s plan for your life but moving to trust and joy lines you up with God’s plan.
